Each mahalla will have an energy passport.

Here's the rewritten text in Russian:

**Energy Passport for Each Mahalla to Be Launched in Uzbekistan**

The Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan has announced plans to create an energy passport for each mahalla. This document will contain important information, including the number and categories of consumers in the mahalla, the current state of the electricity and gas infrastructure, and the costs and timeframes for its repair and modernization. The passport will also indicate the possibility of connecting new consumers to existing networks.

If there is insufficient capacity for new connections, the infrastructure will be strengthened and expanded.

Furthermore, it is planned to significantly improve interaction between electricity and gas suppliers and their consumers. Online platforms will be launched for this purpose, and residents and businesses will be able to receive up-to-date information through mobile apps.

Mobile apps, in particular, will promptly notify of power and gas outages. Call center operations will also be improved.

Particular attention will be paid to significantly reducing losses in electricity and natural gas supplies, as well as reducing accounts receivable.

Work in this area will be continuously monitored using artificial intelligence. Systems will be implemented that will enable daily task assignments for employees, monitor their implementation, generate reports, analyze risks, identify areas with frequent outages, and predict potential disruptions in advance.

Important importance will also be placed on expanding competition and actively implementing market mechanisms to reduce energy costs. First and foremost, steps will be taken to create a free market for liquefied natural gas.

The procedure for selling imported liquefied natural gas to households and businesses will be simplified. To this end, current technical regulations will be revised, and measures to prevent risks associated with the use of liquefied natural gas will be strengthened.
