Belarusian and Uzbek Officials Assess July Accords
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – On August 4, 2026, Pavel Utyupin, Belarus’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a meeting with Nuriddin Mamajonov, Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Belarus.
Discussions between the two diplomats encompassed a range of current topics pertinent to their bilateral relationship, specifically addressing collaboration in the trade, economic, humanitarian, and interregional sectors.
A key focus of the meeting, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, was the advancement of agreements forged during Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s state visit to Belarus, which took place on July 8–9, 2026.
Furthermore, the officials outlined the timetable for forthcoming reciprocal visits and collaborative initiatives planned for the immediate future.
Throughout their dialogue, both sides underscored the consistently transparent and confident character of Belarusian-Uzbek relations, acknowledging the productive engagement between the two nations across multiple levels.
