Additional conveniences are being created in the assignment of disability pensions
It is determined that the amount of pension paid to a citizen after deductions from the pension cannot be less than the amount of minimum consumption expenses.

In order to create additional conveniences in the assignment of disability pensions, the Law on Amendments and Addenda to the Law “On State Pension Provision of Citizens” was considered at the 18th plenary session of the Senate.
This law introduces a procedure for proactively assigning disability pensions to citizens when they are diagnosed with group I or II disability. Also, a mechanism is being established for proactively recalculating this type of pension once every two years without the citizen’s application, if the person has at least one year of work experience after the pension is assigned.
In addition, it was determined that the amount of pension paid to a citizen after deductions from the pension cannot be less than the amount of minimum consumption expenses.
At the end of the discussions, the senators approved this Law.
